Buildings and structures survey: conference as a way of solving problems

On September, 18th, in Saint-Petersburg the scientific and technical conference "Problems of buildings and structures survey and ways of its solutions" took place. The conference was carried out in Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University for the fourth time. This year the event became really allRussian: specialists from around 20 Russian cities took part in it.
