        <p>Ordering process has been described by the example of the simple technological processes of reinforced concrete building structures joints welding working operations set.</p>
        <p>Methods of ordering are adopted from graph theory, expert assessment, network planning and management. The proposed method is designed for application in technical regulation for organizational effectiveness indicators of simple technological processes of construction and special types of work determining.</p>
        <p>The proposed methods improve the technical normalization quality. They are recommended for application in systems of the construction industry automated preparation.</p>
