      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The accumulation of damage in structures under mechanical and environmental influences reduces their carrying capacity and changes its technical condition. A new approach to the evaluation of technical condition of building structures. Besides comparing the strength and deformation parameters it was proposed additional criteria: the probability of failure Pf and reliability index β . That allows setting the clear boundaries between categories of technical condition from the positions of structure indestructibility. The example of using the proposed method in practice was given in the article.</p>
