The energy efficiency in the field of construction: questions of norms and standarts and solutions for the reduction of energy consumption at buildings
The role of the walling and its heat-shielding properties in the general energy efficiency of buildings is analyzed. Economic feasibility of increasing the resistance to a heat transfer is considered. Recommendations on the further increasing of energy efficiency of buildings are given.

The test center for quality check of foamed polyurethane isolation in the preisolated pipelines applied in the systems of heat supply
The brief historical review of the foamed polyurethane isolation development in Russia and in the world is given. The first test device for tangential shift of a pipeline is already installed, it is the first stage in the creation of the test center. The designing of following big device for test of samples for axial shift is carried out.
