Constructional approach of ventilated facade with increased reliability
The authors analysis the wall construction containing ventilated facade with only one heat insulating filling layer which simultaneously has constructional service. This filling layer is a bond of AAC-blocks with density value of D400. This bond provides the required heat insulating level without additional external insulation layer. The suggested constructional approach requires the main backing up cantilevers of the venlilated facade subsystem to be anchored in solid cast flooring plaques. The research presents the engineering scheme of such wall construction. Technical advantages and economcal benefits compared to the traditional constructional solution are demonstrated.

Humidity conditions of the external thermal insulation composite systems with the ventilated air gap
Currently, external insulation facade systems and particularly rainscreen and external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) become very popular. Each of mentioned systems has a number of advantages and certain disadvantages due to which the problem of durability and efficiency of external insulation facade systems remains actual. One of the methods to solve this problem is to provide traditional external thermal insulation composite systems with the ventilated air gap presented by innovative material – ventilated façade mat Stuccodrain.
Influence of air permeability of provided ventilated air gap in ETICS on moisture conditions of the wall structure has been considered in this work. The method of calculation of such an influence is based upon the comparative evaluation of non-stationary humidity conditions of ETICS and humidity conditions of ETICS with the ventilated air gap.
The results of the comparative evaluation show that humidity of render layer in case of ETICS provided with ventilated air gap reduces significantly in comparison with traditional ETICS. Humidity reduction in external render layer of structure raises the durability and keeps the efficiency of the structure during the exploitation period. At the sections of the ventilated air gap where the humidity level of render layer less then maximum sorption humidity freeze and defrosting of the layer during exploitation in most case will not lead to destructions.

Influencing of orientation of glazed facades on general energy consumption of residential buildings
In the paper the nature of relation of energy consumption of residential buildings of mass development from orientation of their glazed facades on the parties of horizon is parsed. The basic contents of a technique of an estimation of building energy efficiency, used in calculations, is adduced pursuant to the public Standard of Russian Science and Technical Society of the Builders of Russian Federation. The structure of a complex of energy saving measures, used in investigated buildings, is reviewed. The computed results of power inputs for the heating season on the indicated technique for two reference buildings at their different orientation with allowance for and disregarding of energy saving measures are shown. An estimation of influencing of orientation of glazed facades for the term of payback of a complex of energy saving measures, used in buildings, is given. The guidelines on expedient dimensional orientation of the extended residential buildings from the point of view of heat saving in the cold season of year are offered. The presentation is illustrated by a significant amount of a graphic stuff.

About the calculation of reduced total thermal resistance of walling
One of the priorities of energy savings is to implement energy saving measures in the work of heating systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems based on heat pumps (HP). The dissertation considers using of a multizone central air-conditioning system with chilled beams for increase of power efficiency of a building was offered. In a transition period (the spring, autumn) in a building are observed both surplus of heat in one premises, and shortage of heat in others. At the expense of use low-temperature circuit and chilled beams of type "water-air" surpluses of heat are transferred in premises with shortages of heat and on the contrary. The given technology allows saving essentially thermal and electric energy in a transition period of year.

The problems of operational reliability exterior walls of a building based on the autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and possibility of their protection from moisture
The basic mechanisms and factors that have destructive effect on the state of autoclaved aerocrete in the exterior walls of operated buildings are shown. These mechanisms are wetting the wall, the effect of moisture during freezing, carbonation hydrosilicate structure-phase of material. The possibilities of protection exterior walls with using hydrophobic multilayered vapor permeable stucco are estimated, which were accepted for protecting facades apartment buildings on the basis autoclaved aerocrete blocks in Bashkiriya.
In the Republic of Bashkortostan in October 2010 was put into operation factory for production blocks with capaciry 225,000 m3 per year at OAO "GlavBashStroy" on equipment Masa-Henke, whose products are currently being investigated.

Designing of steel frameworks from thin-walled cold-formed profiles in SCAD Office
This paper is devoted to computer-aided designing of steel frameworks from thin-walled cold-formed profiles. It has been shown that the wide utilization of building structures from thin-walled cold-formed profiles produced domestically is restricted, first of all, by shortcoming of national building standards and requirements, as well as insufficient domestic experience in economic and reliable designing of such kind of steel structures.
The main attention has been paid to the structural analysis and determination of the internal forces in structural members from thin-walled cold-formed profiles taken into account restricted torsion deformations. Some scientific issues under the buckling behavior of the structural members from thin-walled cold-formed profiles, as well as post-buckling behavior of these elements after the local buckling of the compressed cross-sectional parts has been presented.
As example, computer-aided design for the steel framework of typical warehouse building of company Llentabhallen Sp.z.o.o. using «SCAD Office» has been presented. In this example the particularities of the 3D finite element modeling of the steel frameworks from cold-formed thin-walled profiles has been also presented.

Nonlinear dynamics problems: mathematical models of viscoelastic isotropic plates and shells with smoothly variating thickness (asymmetrical cases)
More complete mathematical models for the dynamic problems of the isotropic plates and shells with smoothly variatind thickness (asymmetrical cases), which help taking into account both geometrical nonlinearity and possible creeping (viscoelacticity) of the material, are given. Respective integro-differential equation systems in patrial derivatives are produced.

Estimation of fire resistance of inserted floor fragment based on steel C-shaped profiles
In the current article results of the fire resistance tests of inserted floor based on sheet steel profiles were described, analysis and comparison of the obtained results with other types of slabs were made.
The test model of inserted floor fragment represents three- layer structure based on bearing steel frame made of thin- sheet cold-bent zinc-coated C- like section profiles.
The test have shown that the fire resistance of fragment of this inserted floor is 47minutes, which corresponds to classification REI45 according to GOST 30247.0-94.
Fire resistance of this floor is lower than steel-aggregate granolithic concrete slab based on profiled deck (REI90) and lower than reinforced beamless floor (REI150), however according to The Technical Regulations of Fire Safety Requirements and SNiP 21.01-97 this inserted floor represents degree II-III of fire resistance, while buildings with degree III of fire resistance may have up to 5 floors with total area not more than 2000m2 according to SNiP 2.08.02-89 “Public buildings and constructions”. Also it is allowed to use this floor in dwelling single- family houses with height up to 3 floors (up to 150 m2 each) in accord with SNiP 31-02-2001 “Dwelling single- family houses”.
