          <abstract lang="ENG">The influence of the different plasticizers, fine mineral additives and water on the concrete shrinkage deformation is given it the rasults of experimental research. The adjusted mathematical modelling of the concrete shrinkage deformations are produced. The modified concrete shrinkage value i s described in connection with the type of the used cement, type of chemical modifier, concrete mobility index, compression strength of the concrete in the age of 28 days.</abstract>

It is characterized by high damageability, big heat loss and as a consequence by insufficient economy of water heat systems in the maintenance stage. The energy saving and economical technologies for the reconstruction of heat networks are given. </abstract>
