We are on the top list of authoritative scientific journals
Magazine of Civil Engineering was included in the 1st level of the "White List" that is a list of authoritative scientific journals that will be taken into account in assessing the performance and publication activity of scientific organizations and teams.
The "White List" was approved by the Interdepartmental Working Group of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, which included representatives of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Center for Scientific Information, the largest Russian universities and scientific organizations. It is assumed that such approach will be able to create competitive advantages for Russian journals and improve their quality.
In addition to the Magazine of Civil Engineering, the White List includes four more journals published by Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University: Global Energy, Construction of Unique Buildings and Structures, St. Petersburg Polytechnical University Journal: Physics and Mathematics, Materials Physics and Mechanics. At the moment, the “list” mainly consists of journals included in the Scopus, Web of Science and Russian Science Citation Index databases, in the future the working group plans to develop rules for entering and submitting applications for other journals.
