Magazine of Civil Engineering (ISSN 2712-8172) is a online peer-reviewed open-access scientific journal in the field of Civil and Construction Engineering (before 2020 - ISSN: 2071-4726, E-ISSN:2071-0305)

The aim of the journal is to publish articles of a high scientific level. Magazine of Civil Engineering publishes original papers of international importance. 

Periodicity of publication: 8 times a year. 

Publication in the journal is open and free for all authors and readers.
All publishing expenses are covered by Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
There are no article processing charge and embargo period.

All articles are subject to compulsory single-blind peer-review. Articles are peer-reviewed by independent subject matter expert.

Articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

A license agreement is necessarily concluded with the authors for the transfer of his exclusive rights to the Paper for Publisher.

In Magazine of Civil Engineering we care about digital preservation policy. We understand the urgency of archiving and preservation of our journal content. We ensure the accessability of our content by transferring full-texts and metadata to Russian Scientific Electronic Library (elibrary.ru) and Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University Electronic Library. In the latter, data safety is ensured by data back-up according to their own internal policy. The physical and logical data migration is also provided. Cloud technologies are used.
